Waterworks

This is a VERY large park so choosing the area that appeals to you most is best. The front side of the park has the arboretum that has the flowering trees in the spring and near there is the amphitheater that has the beautiful globe art installation that is really neat for photos. This area is more manicured and kept but still has mature trees to enjoy. The back of the park is full of open fields with tall grasses and paths that wind through mature trees. Just off the path is an equestrian trail with more forested look with dappled light and tree cover. Mosquito spray is a must at this part unless it is the middle of winter, and even then I would say bring it along.
